Media Ownership & Copyright Policy

With the exclusive license agreement offered by Avant Galore Media, you can confidently utilize your photos and related media to effectively market and sell your listed properties while they are up for sale.

Our exclusive license agreement grants the purchasing Client a limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the digital media solely for promotional or advertising purposes directly associated with the sale of the Property.

Please be aware that clients are not permitted to assign or transfer this agreement or any rights provided within it, without the explicit permission of Avant Galore Media.

All digital media created and delivered by Avant Galore Media, including photos and tours, as well as the rights associated with them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media where the content is stored, remain exclusively owned by Avant Galore Media.

It is important to note that Avant Galore Media retains the rights to reuse and resell any digital media that has been previously created and delivered by Avant Galore Media under this agreement.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You are welcome to reschedule or cancel your photoshoot session at no cost, as long as you inform us 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of the photoshoot.

In cases where reschedule or cancellation requests are made on the same day as the scheduled photoshoot session and no prior notice is given, a Same-day Cancellation fee of $50 will be applied.

Invoice & Material Release Policy

Our standard procedure entails generating an invoice at the time when the photoshoot appointment is successfully booked in our system. You can book your appointment by paying 30% of the price of your specific photoshoot or by paying it in full.

We will carry out the photoshoot regardless of payment processing, yet the final product will only be released upon receipt of payment.

To ensure a seamless delivery process, we advise settling the invoice on the day of the photoshoot, at the latest.

The completed photoshoot results will be sent to your email. For photoshoots conducted on weekdays, you can expect delivery on the following day. Weekend photoshoots will be delivered on Monday.
